To make a meaningful impact in society, the company has initiated the Grass-root Entrepreneurship Training Development Empowerment and Enrichment Programme 2030 Project (G.E.T.D.E.E.P 2030 Project). The G.E.T.D.E.E.P 2030 Project was designed to inspire and educate individuals and entrepreneurs about investments and business while simultaneously creating an opportunity to positively impact the economy.

Elite Leaders International™ is a Limited Liability Company that was established in January 2014 to provide transformational training and coaching in financial, business and investment literacy programs for entrepreneurs and the general public. The company carved out a niche in the training and education industry by offering training solutions that are 90 percent practical and 10 percent theoretical; and this has resulted in the transformational process of its students and is marketed as the journey of a self-made millionaire, “from the Mine to the Vault”. The company’s mission is to empower, train and develop 100,000 marginalized persons both locally and internationally by the year 2030, so they can be equipped with the skill sets and tools to take charge of their financial future.
Objectives
Elite Leaders International™ has partnered with its sister organization 8Palms International to achieve the following objectives of the G.E.T.D.E.E.P. 2030:

To inspire entrepreneurs and individuals to make wise financial decisions and become better investors by providing information through personal coaching. This will initiate the mental shift from thinking like an employee to an investor.
To improve current and future management of outputs, outcomes, and impact.
To connect existing and emerging entrepreneurs to opportunities that will enhance their personal and business development through Mentorship and Coaching, Business Plan & Strategic Plan Development, Business Process Improvement, and any other business development services.
To facilitate a process that will assist unregistered entrepreneurs to formalize their business operations and connect with opportunities in the formal marketplace.
